    • Vegetable stock - 1
  • Drink or liquid
    • Wine (white) - some
  • Eggs / cheese / dairy
    • Cream (double) - some
  • Herb
    • Oregano - pinch
    • Tarragon - pinch
  • Meat
    • Pork - 2
  • Spread
    • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable
    • Mushrooms - some
    • Onion (chopped) - some
    • Peas - some
    • Potatoes - some

Method

Start a steamer pan full of water to bring to the boil, chop your potatoes to the size you like, and put them in to the pan.

Bring a small amount of oil in the frying pan to 'quite hot', and when it's hot put two pork steaks in to seer and brown. Turn the heat down to low-to-medium and then add the chopped onions, and continue frying, turning the steaks over occasionally and stirring the onions. After a couple of minutes break up some mushrooms into the pan and continue stirring. After a few more minutes, pour some white wine in, and turn up the heat to reduce it down; add the stock cube. If you like salt and pepper, add a bit of that too.

As the potatoes are nearing being done, to the frying pan add a bit of cream, the fresh peas, a pinch of oregano, a tiny pinch of tarragon, and a teaspoon of mustard, and stir.

Once the potatoes are done, serve on the plate and spread a knob of butter over them, with the pork steak and the mushroom and pea white wine sauce to the side.
