Celery and leek soup

Ingredients
- Condiment, cube, or tube
- Vegetable stock - 1

- Water - 500 ml

Method
Chop the celery and leak up, and sauté it for a bit in the pressure cooker. Add the water and the stock, seal up the pressure cooker, and cook for at least 25 minutes. Crack the pot open, and mash or blend the soup if that's what you want to do. Regardless, is it the consistency you want it to be? Too runny - boil off some of the liquid. Too thick - add some more water and cook under pressure for another 10 minutes.
