Vegetable fried rice

Ingredients

  • Condiment, cube, or tube
    • Soy sauce - some
    • Swiss bouillon - some
  • Drink or liquid
    • Water - cup
  • Eggs / cheese / dairy
    • Eggs - 1
  • Meat
    • Pancetta (chopped) - 1
  • Oil
    • Olive - some
  • Rice
    • Basmati - cup
  • Spice
    • Dukkah - some
  • Vegetable
    • Cauliflower (chopped) - some
    • Onion (chopped) - 1
    • Pepper (yellow) - 1

Method

Start the rice cooking in your steamer. At the same time, start softening the cauliflower in the frying pan, together with the chopped pancetta (omit the pancetta for the vegetarian version).

Once both are well underway cooking, start frying the onion and the yellow pepper, and add some bouillon in dukkah spice. When the rice is pretty much cooked, add that to everything else in the frying pan, and continue to stir. At the last minute, break the egg into the mix and stir that around until it's cooked. Serve with soy sauce.
