Tomato and red pepper soup

Ingredients
- Condiment, cube, or tube
- Vegetable stock - 1
- Drink or liquid
- Water - some
- Herb
- Coriander (fresh) - some
- Vegetable
- Tomato - 2
- Onion (chopped) - 1
- Pepper (red) - 1
Method
Chop the tomatoes, the pepper, and the onion and sauté them for a couple of minutes. Put them in the soupmaker, add the stock cube and some salt and pepper, and fill with water taking it up to about the 900ml line. Start the soupmaker blending on the blending setting. Near the end of its cooking cycle, add some chopped coriander.
