Celery and carrot soup

Ingredients
- Condiment, cube, or tube
- Vegetable stock - 1
- Drink or liquid
- Water - some
- Vegetable
- Carrot - some
- Celery - some
- Onion (chopped) - some
Method
Chop some celery, some carrots, and an onion as finely as you can. Fry them a little in your pressure cooker. Add some water and crumble a stock cube in, put the lid on your pressure cooker and bring it to pressure, and then cook your soup in it for about half an hour. For a little extra touch of umami, add a bit of stilton cheese to the mixture before putting the lid on.Once it's done, either mash it a little with a masher if you think the lumps are bigger than you like your soup to be, or serve as is.
