Champagne and cheese and meat lunch

We call this our decadent lunch. Best reserved for a Sunday afternoon with some kind of film.

Ingredients

  • Bread
    • Crusty rolls - some
  • Drink or liquid
    • Wine (sparkling) - some
  • Eggs / cheese / dairy
    • Cheese (selection) - some
  • Fruit / nuts
    • Grapes - some
  • Meat
    • Charcuterie (selection) - some

Method

Assemble all your ingredients on a nice table in front of the sofa. Help yourself. Champagne is of course the preferred drink for this meal, but, yerkno, Cava or Prosecco will do. I think Cava from the supermarket tends to be nicer than Prosecco from the supermarket.
