Red pepper and fennel soup

Ingredients

  • Condiment, cube, or tube
    • Vegetable stock - 1
  • Drink or liquid
    • Water - 800 ml
  • Vegetable
    • Garlic (chopped) - some
    • Tomato - 2
    • Fennel - 1
    • Onion (chopped) - 1
    • Pepper (red) - 1

Method

Chop the vegetables. Saute them if your soupmaker allows you to, or if you feel like dirtying an additional pan. Put everything in the soupmaker, together with some salt and pepper if that's your thing. Set the soupmaker on its blended soup setting, let it cook and blend, and then serve. Hopefully it'll be as liquid or as velvety as you like it - if not, use a different amount of water next time.
